Warranty 

Above Ground tanks have a  warranty for 8 years

Below Ground tanks have a  warranty for 100 years

Premier Plastics Limited warrants to the purchaser for use, that if any manufactured tank product is proven to be defective in material or workmanship within warranty term, and Premier  Plastics Limited is notified within 15 days after such defect is discovered. Premier Plastics Limited will (at company option) either supply a new part or repair said part. This Standard Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper application of recommended materials, neglect, material wear, accident, or improper installation or maintenance. Said part will not be considered defective if it substantially fulfils performance specifications.
